We started Aevomed because the gap between seeing a patient and finishing their chart is where a lot of clinical time disappears. The medicine is the easy part. The typing afterwards is what eats your evening.

I'm Shresth. I've spent years building AI systems, and the more time I spent around doctors, the more obvious the problem became: the consult is 15 minutes, the documentation is another 15 on top of that — often squeezed in between the next patient or after dinner.
Aevomed is my attempt to give that time back. Not by replacing clinical judgment, but by handling the part of the job that doesn't need a medical degree: turning a conversation into a structured note. You still read it. You still sign it. But you're not starting from a blank page.
If we can get a doctor home even 30 minutes earlier — and make them feel like they were actually present with each patient that day — that's worth building.
