The work splits into four stages, and the doctor stays in control of the last one.

Why the sign-off step is the product

A scribe that files notes on your behalf is not a scribe, it is an unsupervised author. Every draft waits for the doctor. Nothing reaches the patient record until it has been reviewed, edited if needed, and signed. The signed version is the doctor's, and it is the only version that counts.

Built for how consultations sound in India

Speech recognition runs on Sarvam. A visit that starts in English, moves to Hindi for the history, and switches back for the plan is the normal case here, not an edge case, so the transcript is built to follow the conversation rather than force it into one language.

What it remembers between visits

Patient memory carries across visits, so a follow-up starts from what happened last time instead of from a blank page. Data is isolated per practice: one practice cannot see another's patients, and actions on the platform are recorded in an audit trail.

Common questions

Does an AI medical scribe replace clinical judgment?
No. Aevomed drafts; the doctor decides. Every note and prescription is a draft awaiting a licensed doctor's review and signature, and nothing enters the patient record before that.
What languages does the scribe handle?
English and Indian languages, including English/Hindi code-switching within a single sentence. Speech recognition runs on Sarvam.
Who can use it right now?
Aevomed is in early access for doctors in outpatient practice in India. An account requires an approved pre-registration and a credential check — sign-up is not open.
