From conversation to draft note

The note is derived from the visit itself. Audio records in the background while the consultation runs normally, the transcript follows the conversation across English and Indian languages, and the draft note is assembled from that transcript once the visit ends.

Written from what was said

The draft is grounded in the transcript rather than in a template the doctor then has to correct. That also means the failure mode is visible: if something was not said in the room, it is not in the note, and the doctor is the one who notices and adds it.

The doctor edits, then signs

Missed a detail? Wrong wording? Change it. Every draft waits for the doctor. Nothing reaches the patient record until it has been reviewed, edited if needed, and signed.

Follow-ups start with context

Patient memory carries across visits, so the next consultation begins with what happened at the last one rather than a blank page.

Common questions

How is the medical note generated?
From the transcript of the consultation. Aevomed records the visit in the background, transcribes it in English and Indian languages, and drafts the note from what was actually said.
What if the transcript misses something?
The draft is editable in full before signing. The doctor reviews it, corrects anything wrong or missing, and only the signed version enters the record.
Does the note get filed automatically?
No. Nothing is filed on the doctor's behalf. A note enters the patient record only after the doctor has reviewed and signed it.
